The Fan Rewards program is the official loyalty program for Funko.com and Loungefly.com fans! Fan Rewards is free and allows you to earn points on your purchases on Funko.com, Loungefly.com and at our participating Funko Flagship locations. Points can be redeemed for special discounts, rewards and more.

There are several ways for Fan Rewards members to earn redeemable rewards points. Fan Rewards members earn 100 points simply for signing up and 10 points for every $1 spent on Funko.com and Loungefly.com. Members can also earn points by completing various activities within the “Earn” tab of the Fan Rewards hub.

Those shopping at our Funko Flagship stores in-person can also earn points on their in-store purchases when specifying membership to the cashier upon checkout. Please note, you must give the cashier the email associated with your Fan Rewards account prior to checking out.

Points earned from purchases will be credited to your account upon shipment of your order. You must be logged into your Fan Rewards account when completing your purchase to receive points. Please note that only purchases made on Funko.com or Loungefly.com are eligible for points.

Points will be credited immediately upon signing up for the program or when completing Earn activities within the Fan Rewards hub. Please refresh your browser to view your current point balance.

Members can redeem their points within the Rewards tab of the Fan Rewards hub. There are a number of different Reward options to choose from which are updated regularly. Check back often to see new redemption opportunities.

Please be sure to read the entire Rewards description and confirmation email, including all terms and conditions, to ensure that no steps in the redemption process are missed. Rewards cannot be returned or credited as cash value.

Fan Rewards points can only be earned at Funko Flagship locations or on Funko.com or Loungefly.com. Points can only be redeemed on Funko.com or Loungefly.com.

To receive your birthday gift, you will need to enter your birthday under your Funko or Loungefly account settings. Log into your account on Funko.com or Loungefly.com and click “Edit” under the Profile section. Please be sure to click “Save” to ensure your birthday has been recorded.

To receive both your birthday and anniversary gifts, you also must be opted in to receive email communications from either Funko or Loungefly. Log into your account on Funko.com or Loungefly.com and click “Manage Notifications” under the Notification Settings section. You may subscribe to any of the Email Notification options displayed to receive your gifts.

Gifts will be delivered via email on their respective dates.

Yes, your points will expire if you have been inactive/not logged in to your Fan Rewards account within a one (1) year period.

To keep your hard-earned points from expiring, be sure to log into your Fan Rewards account regularly and complete an action. For example, you may:

• Make a purchase
• Complete any Earn activity
• Redeem for a Reward
