What is the Limited-Edition program?

We’re bringing back the thrill of the chase in finding those coveted, one-run collectibles!

These POP! collectibles have limited piece counts (some of 100 or less!), and they won’t be restocked. There are eight Limited Edition tiers, with many items exclusive to Funko and others shared with select retail partners.

Are Limited Edition products available to anyone?

Fan Rewards members have the highest probability of scoring Limited Edition items. There are two ways to land a Limited Edition collectible:

• Guaranteed Early Purchase Access: Fan Rewards members get first dibs on Limited Edition items by redeeming Fan Rewards points for guaranteed early purchase access during the early access window. Members must have enough points within their available balance to enter for each specific early access window.
• Purchase Access Drawings: For highly anticipated, high-velocity drops, we will be offering purchase access in a randomised drawing format. Fan Rewards members can gain one free entry per person once logged into your account (no points needed!). Members can receive a second entry by redeeming the required points from your available Fan Rewards balance.

What are the Limited Edition tiers?

There are eight tiers launching with our Limited Edition program, ranging from "Ultimate” (fewer than 100 pieces made) to “Supreme” (up to 9,500 pieces available globally).

How do I purchase Limited Edition collectibles?

Each Funko Limited Edition drop of 7,500 pieces or less will be available for purchase on Funko.com.

Items of 3,500 pieces or less will have early access offered to Fan Rewards members in one of two formats. The Limited Edition items will either open for immediate early access in which Fan Rewards members can use points for purchase access as items are available, or by entering a drawing for the chance to receive early purchase access. If you are declared a winner for early access or for the drawing, you will then have the opportunity to purchase the item.

Select items with limited quantities will be available for purchase with retail partners.

What if I’m located outside of the United States?

Our Fan Rewards program is currently available in the United States and select countries within Europe. Fan Rewards members in participating countries can receive purchase access to select Limited Edition products by using the required number of Fan Rewards points to enter either the early purchase access drawing or to gain early purchase access.

Select Limited Edition items may be listed on our website as a standard product in countries that do not have access to the Fan Rewards program.

How do I find out about upcoming drops?

Check out our monthly Limited Edition calendar, which outlines each month’s upcoming releases, drop dates, and early access windows! Sign up for our Funko newsletter to receive an email when upcoming calendars are revealed. You can also sign up with “notify me” for the Limited Edition items you are most excited to purchase to receive an email when the item becomes available.

How do I get early purchase access?

Select Limited Edition drops of 3,500 pieces or less will have early purchase access. Early purchase access requires a Fan Rewards account and Fan Rewards points. You must redeem a specific number of points to access each coordinating Limited Edition item. You can earn points by subscribing to email notifications, making purchases online, and more.

How can I enter a drawing to gain purchase access? Do I need to be a Fan Rewards member?

Select Limited Edition drops will have drawings for entry to purchase access. To enter the drawing for a Limited Edition item, you must first sign up for a Funko.com account. From there, you can select “enter now” on the item that is available for drawing entry, regardless of being a Fan Rewards member.

Fan Rewards members can get a bonus second entry by redeeming points, which increases the odds of being selected for guaranteed purchase access! To enter, you must have the required Fan Rewards points available in your account balance to redeem for an additional drawing entry.

How do I purchase a Limited Edition item?

 To purchase through early access, you must log into your Fan Rewards account and redeem the required number of points to gain access. Once the early access window begins, you can log into your Fan Rewards account to add the Limited Edition item to your cart and check out as usual.

To purchase through drawing access, randomly selected winners will receive an email notifying you that you’ve won guaranteed purchase access. You can then navigate to the item, log in to your Fan Rewards account, and add the item to your cart and check out as usual.

You do not need a Fan Rewards account to purchase Limited Edition collectibles available at retail partners (select items only).

Does redeeming my Fan Rewards points for early purchase access guarantee the Limited Edition item I want?

 All Fan Rewards members who redeem points for early purchase access will be able to purchase the Limited Edition items. Members who have redeemed points for early access will have guaranteed access to purchase Limited Edition items through the end of that item's early access period.

After the early access window ends, any remaining Limited Edition items will open to the public.

Fan Rewards members who do not complete checkout during the early access window must purchase Limited Edition items during the public sale period, provided the item has not sold out.

Will I be notified if I win the drawing for guaranteed purchase access?

 Yes, winners will receive an email that announces your randomly selected early access window entry. If you do not get selected, you will not receive an email – we encourage you to try again for the next drop!

Are there a limited number of entries for Limited Edition purchase access drawings?

 All entries during the drawing entry period will be counted – there is no limit to the number of entries a single item could receive across all entrants. Each entrant, however, will be capped at two (2) entries per drop. The first entry is free with no points required. Then, you can double your chances of winning by using Fan Rewards points for your second drawing entry!

Can an item sell out after I’ve redeemed my points?

 Limited Edition items that have smaller piece counts may sell out during the early access window, depending on how many Fan Rewards members are trying to purchase that item.

Be sure to gain early access for the best chance of collecting your must-have items – once these collectibles sell out, they’re gone for good!

If I decide not to purchase a Limited Edition item after I’ve redeemed my Fan Rewards points for early purchase access, can I get my points back?

Once Fan Rewards points have been redeemed, they cannot be returned, even if you decide not to purchase a Limited Edition item during the early access window. You can earn more points for future use by completing tasks in our Fan Rewards hub.

How many times can I gain early purchase access?

Limited Edition early purchase access is uniquely determined for each specific item drop.

What happens if the collectibles sell out?

Once our Limited Edition collectibles are gone, they’re gone for good – they won’t be remade or restocked!

Will I be able to purchase Limited Edition items on Funko app (version number 8.0.0)?

No, Limited Edition items must be purchased on Funko.com on your preferred browser.

Can I purchase Limited Edition items at Funko retail locations?

Yes! Limited Edition items are available at Funko retail collections the same day they launch online, while supplies last. Fan Rewards points are not required to purchase the items in-store, though quantities are very limited.

How is Funko making this fan-first and limiting bot access when purchasing Limited Edition items?

We have a team of experts that watch for bot activity onsite and tackle accordingly. We have intentionally built our Limited Edition program to reduce risk and give fans the highest likelihood of purchase.
