When & Where is FunKon 2021?

The in-person portion of the event will take place August 4th, 5th and 6th from 10 AM – 6 PM PST.

Celebrate in-person at Funko Hollywood. Check-in location is 6104 Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles, California 90028 USA.

All attendees are required to wear masks during this event for the safety of fellow Funatics and Funko staff, in accordance with Los Angeles County Department of Public Health order.

Know Before You Go

Get ready for three days of fun, community, and excitement! FunKon will be host to a wide variety of virtual events, giveaways, livestreams, and games. FunKon will also see the return of Funko's unique fan event, Fundays, where fans can virtually participate in a competitive event in which four teams face off in a variety of challenges. The in-person portion of FunKon is a ticketed event that requires pre-registration (as space is limited), and only those attendees who receive ticketed confirmation will be allowed to attend FunKon at the Funko Hollywood retail location.

Confirmed registration for this event only permits the person named in the registration to attend the event--it will not admit children, spouses or +1 guests.

Please note that confirmed tickets to FunKon guarantees entry into Funko Hollywood during FunKon but does not guarantee FunKon product availability for purchasing. Not every FunKon product will be available at the brick-and-mortar Funko retail locations (details to come), although all Funko shared FunKon exclusives will have units available each day. Daily product availability is on a first come, first served basis, as per usual convention protocol. Please note limited quantities of the FunKon Funko and Shared exclusives will be available on Funko.com for purchase via lottery on August 4th.

Funko Hollywood entry on August 4th, 5th or 6th will be divided into 8 waves, attendees of the first 7 waves of each day will have 90 minutes to shop inside Funko Hollywood. The last wave of entry for each day will only have 60 minutes of shopping time inside Funko Hollywood. Each wave will have a limited capacity, and wristbands will be required for entry. There will be no standby or loitering allowed.

How Do I Participate in FunKon at Funko Hollywood?

Pre-registration opened on July 1st at 10 AM PST.

Pre-registration capacity is limited and is on a first come, first serve basis. You can only register once, and the spelling of your name on your registration must exactly match your name as presented on your ID in order to receive your entry wristband at check-in. Those pre-registering have the option to enter the raffle for an opportunity to partake in the Pop! People section of Funko Hollywood. A limited number of those who enter the raffle will be chosen to have access to the Pop! People experience during each day of FunKon. Pop! People Raffle winners will get a separate confirmation email with more details.

Only those who receive ticket confirmation will be allowed to attend FunKon at Funko Hollywood. Registrants who are not checked in 20 minutes before their entry start time will have their registration voided. Click through to fill out your FunKon 2021 Goes to Hollywood Pre-Registration Form today!

There are two different day and time slots listed between my confirmation email and my ticket, which one is correct?

Your ticket is your correct, confirmed day and time slot. We apologize that some emails had conflicting information, but your ticket's information is the correct day and time you've been confirmed for. “Stick to your ticket.” All tickets have been finalized and are confirmed. Tickets cannot be transferred, edited, gifted, or moved to a different time slot. Please refer to the images below to see where to find your final date and time slot for FunKon Goes To Hollywood.

My confirmed ticket is not the same day and time slot as the rest of the party I'm attending FunKon with, can I transfer the ticket to their same day and time slot?

Unfortunately, no. Tickets are non-transferable. They cannot be transferred to a different day or time slot and they cannot be transferred to other people. In order to redeem your registered ticket at check-in, the name on the registration must exactly match your name as presented on your ID. Any inconsistencies that arise before or during check-in will result in the registered ticket being voided and entry denied.

The day and time I wanted was sold out, so I joined the waitlist then registered for a different day and time slot that was available. If my first choice opens up will I be able to change my confirmed ticket to that day and time slot?

Unfortunately, no. Capacity is limited, and tickets are on a first come, first served basis. There is not a way to transfer your ticket to a different day or time. We are glad you were able to register for and get confirmed to join us still, even though it was not your preferred day and/or time. Duplicate registrations and waitlist entries are deleted. We are looking forward to seeing some of our Funko Family and Funatics at Hollywood and are working to maintain that opportunity to allow as many Funatics as capacity will allow and remain safe. We thank the Funko Family for their understanding and patience as we void duplicate registrations and waitlist entries.

I registered to attend each day of FunKon 2021 Goes to Hollywood, but my registrations for two of the days were voided.

Those registering to attend the in-person portion of FunKon 2021 at the Hollywood store location, can only register to attend for one day and time slot. All tickets have been finalized and are confirmed. Tickets cannot be transferred, edited, gifted, or moved to a different time slot. Those who did register or waitlist for multiple days and/or times will receive cancellation emails regarding their duplicates and re-receive an email affirming their one confirmed FunKon day and time. Duplicate registrations and waitlist entries are deleted to allow other Funatics to be able to experience the fun with the Funko Family.

Am I able to bring a +1 with me to FunKon since my registration is confirmed and I have my Eventbrite e-ticket?

Unfortunately, no. Capacity is limited in accordance with Los Angeles County safety mandates. Confirmed registration for this event only permits the person named in the registration to attend the event--it will not admit children, spouses or +1 guests.

Where can I check and see my FunKon 2021 Goes To Hollywood ticket to confirm my day and time slot?

Please access your Eventbrite to find your confirmed ticket date and time. Refer to the image below to check you are viewing the correct date and time stamp on your ticket.

How early can I check in?

You may check in up to two and a half (2.5) hours early. Registrants who are not checked in 20 minutes before their entry start time will have their registration voided. Your Eventbrite confirmation and photo ID must be presented at check-in to be admitted into the event.

Will vaccinated attendees still have to wear masks to FunKon?

Yes. All attendees, regardless of vaccination status, are required to wear masks during this event for the safety of fellow Funatics and Funko staff, in accordance with Los Angeles County Department of Public Health order.
