What is the Limited-Edition program?
We’re bringing back the thrill of the chase in finding those coveted, one-run collectibles!
These POP! collectibles have limited piece counts (some of 100 or less!), and they won’t be restocked. There are eight Limited Edition tiers, with many items exclusive to Funko and others shared with select retail partners.
Are Limited Edition products available to anyone?
For all Limited Edition drops, we will be offering purchase access in a randomised drawing format. All customers enter to win purchase access by entering their credit card information to hold their entry. A charge hold will be placed on entrants' cards for the cost of the item (plus taxes and shipping costs), though the charge will be dropped if you are not selected as a winner. Fan Rewards members may increase their chances with a second entry by redeeming the required points from their available Fan Rewards balance. If not selected as a winner, Fan Rewards members will not be refunded their points.

What are the Limited Edition tiers?
There are eight tiers launching with our Limited Edition program, ranging from "Ultimate” (fewer than 100 pieces made) to “Supreme” (up to 9,500 pieces available globally).
How do I purchase a Limited Edition item?
When a Limited Edition item drops, you can enter to win the randomised drawing for purchase access. Once drawing entries begin, you can select the item you'd like to gain purchase access to, enter your credit card for preauthorisation, and secure your drawing entry. If you are a Fan Rewards member, you can gain a second entry by using the required number of Fan Rewards points!
To purchase a Limited Edition item through drawing access, randomly selected customers will have their credit cards automatically charged if they are selected as a winner. Once the winner's card is charged and the payment is successful, the item will begin processing for shipment. If the payment method fails, your purchase entry will be void, and another winner will be selected.
You do not need a Fan Rewards or Funko.com account to purchase Limited Edition collectibles available at retail partners (select items only).
What if I’m located outside of the United States?
Our Limited Edition Purchase Access Drawings are currently available in the United States and select countries within Europe. Customers in participating countries can receive purchase access to Limited Edition products by entering their credit card information to secure their entry in the drawing. Fan Rewards members can then use the required number of Fan Rewards points to gain an additional entry to the early purchase access drawing.
Select Limited Edition items may be listed on our website as a standard product in countries that do not have access to the Fan Rewards program.

How do I find out about upcoming drops?
Check out our monthly Limited Edition calendar, which outlines each month’s upcoming releases, drop dates, and drawing entry windows! Sign up for our Funko newsletter to receive an email when upcoming calendars are revealed. You can also sign up with “notify me” for the Limited Edition items you are most excited to purchase to receive an email when the item becomes available for entry.
How can I enter a drawing to gain purchase access? Do I need to be a Fan Rewards member?
To enter the drawing for a Limited Edition item, you must first sign up for a Funko.com account. From there, you can select “enter now” on the item that is available for drawing entry, regardless of being a Fan Rewards member, and enter your credit card information to secure your drawing entry.
Fan Rewards members can get a bonus second entry by redeeming points, which increases the odds of being selected! To enter, you must have the required Fan Rewards points available in your account balance to redeem for an additional drawing entry.
Will I be notified if I win the drawing for guaranteed purchase access?
Yes, winners will receive an email that announces that they have won the item, at which point the credit card charge will go through. If you do not get selected, you will not receive an email, and the charge will be dropped from your card. We encourage you to try again for the next drop!
I didn’t receive an email, but my credit card was charged. How can I tell if I won?
Your preauthorisation credit card hold will only go through if you are a selected winner. To confirm if you are a winner, you can navigate to the product listing page of the drawing you entered. Once you log in to your Funko account, the product page will announce if you are a selected winner or not below the “enter now” button.
Are there a limited number of entries for Limited Edition purchase access drawings?
All entries during the drawing entry period will be counted – there is no limit to the number of entries a single item could receive across all entrants. Each customer, however, will be capped at two (2) entries per drop. The first entry is free, with a credit card charge to hold for the item, with no points required. Then, you can double your chances of winning by using Fan Rewards points for your second drawing entry!
I was not declared a winner for the Limited Edition item after redeeming my Fan Rewards points for my second entry. Can I get my points back?
No, once Fan Rewards points have been redeemed, they cannot be returned, even if you change your mind on purchasing the item or are not selected as a drawing winner. You can earn more points for future use by completing tasks in our Fan Rewards hub.
How many Limited Edition drawings my I enter?
You can enter to win as many Limited Edition drawings as you want! There is no limit to the number of times you may be selected as a drawing winner.
Will I be able to purchase Limited Edition items on the Funko app (version number 8.0.0)?
No, Limited Edition items must be purchased on Funko.com on your preferred browser.
Can I purchase Limited Edition items at Funko retail locations?
Yes! Most Limited Edition items are available at Funko retail stores (HQ and Hollywood) the same day they launch online, while supplies last. Fan Rewards points are not required to purchase the items in-store, though available quantities are very limited.
How is Funko making this fan-first and limiting bot access when purchasing Limited Edition items?
Launching a card preauthorisation program for entry helps mitigate bots, as a valid credit card must be entered for each drawing entry.
We also have a team that watch for bot activity onsite and take action accordingly. We have intentionally built our Limited Edition program to reduce the risk of bots and give fans the highest likelihood of purchase.
Why are some Limited Edition Boxes showing an updated blue and black colour scheme?
You may start to notice a change to our Limited Edition boxes. This change is because we wanted to make our Limited Edition items extra unique and special, adding to the collectible nature of the program, making it stand out on your shelf!
