As always, we want to keep the convention spirit alive so we will be bringing you WonderCon® virtually with Funko's sixth virtual con! Funko Virtual Wondrous Con will take place April 21st, 2021 – April 23rd, 2021! The week will be filled with giveaways, livestreams, and more!

HOW TO SHOP FUNKO VIRTUAL WONDROUS CON ON FUNKO.COM

In a continued effort to combat bots and host the best possible shopping experience on Funko.com, we've created a lottery system to ensure you, the Funatics, get the Virtual Wondrous Con exclusives you want when they go on sale on Thursday, April 22nd!

Below is everything you need to know about how to sign up for the lottery and purchase exclusive items.

How do I qualify to get a chance at a lottery spot?

By March 30th, 2021 at 11:59 PM PST you must:

1. Create an Account on Funko.com if you don't already have one.

2. Sign up for the Funko Fan Club (even if you already have a Funko.com account, they are separate!) You can check to see if you're a Funko Fan Club member by logging into your Funko.com account and opening your settings. The banner above your Personal Info section will either welcome you to the Fan Club or invite you to sign up if you haven't.

If you are signed up, you will see this!

3. Opt into receiving the Newsletter. We will be asking Funko Fan Club Members to opt into our Wondrous Con candidate pool via email and choosing our winners from that pool, so please make sure you've signed up to receive the Funko Newsletter. You can verify this under Notification Preferences on your Funko.com account page.

4. Have or Enter in a valid US based physical shipping address (PO boxes excluded) registered on Funko.com under Personal Info - Addresses
(on your Funko.com account page).

Expect to receive an email asking you to opt in for the lottery on April 6th, 2021. You will be expected to follow the instructions to opt in.

How will Funko select lottery winners?

• If you opted in to the lottery, lottery winners will be randomly selected from this pool.
• If selected, you will be notified via email on April 15th, 2021.

• Funko will use the email registered to your Funko Fan Club membership. The registered email to your account must be a valid/deliverable email in order to be entered into the lottery.
  
  

If I am a lottery winner, how do I access the event?

• Right before the winners' assigned time slot on April 22nd, 2021, lottery winners will receive an email containing a link to the event and your password to access the sale.

• The event can only be accessed through the link and your password provided in the email.

• The email sent will also contain all of the steps required to access the event.
  

• Only one order total can be placed per lottery winner.
  

• Please have your credit card information handy for when you check out! Express checkout options like Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay will NOT be accepted.
  

• You must check out with the same valid US address you have listed on your Funko.com account.

If I'm not a lottery winner, can I still get exclusives?

• Yes! At 6 AM PST on April 23rd, shared retailer exclusives and select items on Funko.com will be available through respective sites and stores.
